About Plain Steel

Most bottles marketed as stainless steel aren't. Look closer and you'll find plastic valves, coated interiors, or lined caps. For most people that's fine. For some it isn't.

Plain Steel exists for the second group.

One bottle. 100% stainless steel throughout. A simple steel cap. Dishwasher safe. The only addition is a silicone seal so it doesn't leak.

Nothing else. No compromises.

  • Most 'stainless steel' bottles

Plastic interior liner. Powder coated exterior. Plastic valve inside the cap. Multiple parts that trap bacteria and are hard to clean.

  • Plain Steel

100% stainless steel throughout. No interior coating. No exterior coating. A simple steel cap with a single silicone seal. Nothing to disassemble. Dishwasher safe.
